At Blissflowness Hideout, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our products and experiences, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

This applies to all purchases including:

• Warmies plush products
• Gift bundles
• Flow Experience bookings
• In-store and online purchases

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement if appropriate.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Photo and video of the item
  • Description of the issue

Flow Experience Bookings

All Blissflowness Flow Experience bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.

Missed appointments may not be rescheduled.
